RWS Unprimed Cases - .30.06 20 Cases

Rifle cartridge cases must withstand extreme pressures of up to 7,000 bar and experts consider them to be the life insurance of the shooter.  To maintain the highest level of quality and safety we have developed a series of demanding quality control tests.  

At the beginning of the production process samples are taken from every batch, loaded and exposed to excessive stress tests;

• With 10% oeverpressure in specially prepared test barrels with partially inadmissible headspaces of 0.2mm and 0.4mm.  To simulate rifles that are still bewing used although possibly shot out.
• With 30% overpressure in test barrels that are made according to CIP specifications

A case that passes this quality control is of special format.
